We are now learning that certain suppliers are placing surcharges in cases where it is costing more to ship items and keep a continuation of service. These surcharges are variable and we will keep the page here updated.
Your health and wellbeing are of paramount importance as is continuing to serve all of our customers. As the coronavirus becomes an increasing risk we are primed to keep business as usual but safety is our key priority for our staff as well as Customers..
Our Couriers have received health and safety briefings so that, when they meet customers, they are managing their own and our customers wellbeing in line with government protocols.
Our digital-first approach means our systems naturally manage remote working and online contact as well as the face to face personal service our couriers provide our customers.
Procedures so far.
All internal staff are now working remotely from home.
All drivers are wearing gloves to protect themselves as well as you.
Drivers have been told to keep personal space from anyone giving or receiving parcels
All driver Scanners are being cleansed with antiseptic wipes on a regular basis
Drivers are using hand sanitiser regularly.
Drivers will adhere to any restriction put in place on your site.
We will continue to serve our customers using the method they are most comfortable with and in line with government & medical advice. We together with our couriers remain at our customers disposal and we will keep you informed if or as anything changes.
